Drawing on diverse styles of barbeque, Q combines dry rubs, light sauces, classic brines and cures to deliver authentic barbeque flavor. Q barbequed products are pit-roasted using a Bewley Barbeque Pit, manufactured in Dallas, Texas and a separate on-site traditional smoke house. Texas native Chef Brian Bell, whose family has been making great barbecue for generations, together with Chef/Owner Jonathan Eismann oversee the food preparation. 10 draft beers, 50 bottled beers, a full bar, and live music including an acoustic Sunday brunch and a School of Rock Saturday brunch for young rock stars-in-the-making. Q will surely become an instant classic.
