The Puerto Rican Bar Association of Florida, Inc. is a professional organization dedicated to bringing together lawyers who have an interest in and commitment to matters affecting the Puerto Rican community. The association provides opportunities for networking, education, and professional development for its members. Their mission is to enhance the knowledge and skills of their members, support the education of future attorneys interested in Puerto Rican community issues, promote improvements in the legal system, and increase the quality and quantity of legal services to the Puerto Rican community in Florida and the United States. The association is led by a board of directors, including President Joel A. Montilla, Treasurer Marie E. Masson, Secretary Erica K. Ramos, and Regional Vice-Presidents for different areas in Florida. Membership is open to Florida attorneys, law students, paralegals, judges, and other legal professionals. They offer resources, directories, and committees for members to get involved in various areas of interest.
